the Northern Quarter
Thanks to its enormous range of mobility solutions, the Northern Quarter has grown into a dynamic neighbourhood. Architect bureau DDS+ gave the two corners of the existing building a facelift, updating them with a lobby and horeca facilities.
NETWORKS NØR is an exciting workplace for its users from the Régie des Bâtiments and the surrounding neighbourhood: open and transparent to the outside world, it is atmospheric and flexible within.

The project is accessible by both private and public transportation. Train, metro, tram and bus connections are available. Brussels-North is 500 metres from the building and the Rogier stop (metro, tram, bus) is less than 350 metres away.
Since NETWORKS NØR believes in the future of the bicycle, special attention has been paid to the design of an access road for bicycles. There are 53 bike stalls, shower facilities and a ‘Villo!’ bicycle-rental station nearby.
Three underground levels offer ample parking for 124 cars. Ten of these parking spaces are equipped with 10 charging stations. A huge benefit considering the limited parking options in the street.
