The NØR project is a 14,000m² workspace that was acquired by the Régie des Bâtiments in 2022, at the time of its provisional delivery.

The playful NØR façade stands out with large terraces that look out over the Brussels skyline. Such open spaces are rare here; they contribute to the eye-catching look of the building. They do wonders for workplace comfort, making it easy to conduct meetings in the fresh outdoor air.

the Northern Quarter

A workplace that’s easily accessible

Thanks to its enormous range of mobility solutions, the Northern Quarter has grown into a dynamic neighbourhood. Architect bureau DDS+ gave the two corners of the existing building a facelift, updating them with a lobby and horeca facilities.

NETWORKS NØR is an exciting workplace for its users from the Régie des Bâtiments and the surrounding neighbourhood: open and transparent to the outside world, it is atmospheric and flexible within.

Three underground levels offer ample parking for 124 cars. Ten of these parking spaces are equipped with 10 charging stations. A huge benefit considering the limited parking options in the street.

Each office space can be personalised to your wishes, with raised floors, lowered climate ceiling systems, terraces, facilities for the disabled, lifts and a goods lift, high-quality finishes in the entrance hall and bathrooms. We’ve thought of everything.

Versatile

Measuring almost 13,750 m², NØR is an extremely versatile building. With office spaces starting from 800 m², it’s perfect for smaller organisations, while the more sizeable areas will meet the needs of large tenants. The architecture of NØR can even be divided into two separate office spaces, measuring 8,650 m² and 5,100 m², with both organisations benefiting from their own access points and excellent visibility.

People-oriented

People lie at the core of our philosophy as developers. A great deal of effort has been put into transforming this building. We have paid special attention to the well-being of the people who will be working at NØR or visiting the premises. All aspects related to the human experience, from bike access to work comfort, have been central to our vision.

NØR offers optimal air quality with raised incoming air flow rates, 100% fresh air ventilation and air exchange volumes 40% higher than the standard. The constant over-pressure and superior air filters also contribute to the air quality. Various facilities are operated by movement detectors, limiting physical contact, while the spacious terraces are perfect for open-air meetings.
